Rose is a very competent realtor who knows and is in touch with the market trends and a very good advisor who helped us to make the right decisions. I am an international buyer who did not know the Houston housing market. In a one-month span, I arrived in Houston; she relentlessly took us to all of the houses and areas we wanted to see. On the second day, we found the house we wanted to buy, made our bid, and agreed to buy the house. She helped us with all the purchasing processes we are foreign to in the US. Always found the best contacts for house inspectors, insurance, and property management companies. She is a very hard worker and works day and night to prepare the paperwork and arrange our visits to the houses we want to see. One month later, we have an ad out to lease our house, which again she is helping us with. She is genuine, trustworthy, and is a tough negotiator, which I would highly recommend.
